‘Walter Macfarlane’ Cast iron bench legs from the Saracen foundry. The Seat fitted with reclaimed 6ft oak boards inlayed with 100yr old Blackened oak. The oak blackened by continual contact with metal over a long period of time a small heart shaped knot adorns the centre board.

A Character filled oak topped coffee table made from 3 boards cut from a single 8 inch square old gate post ..Joined together the boards have a line f holes from the od post hinge which have blackened over the years The Legs are cast iron legs from an Old “Manchester saw ” an old bet driven metal cutting saw found in Stockport ! Finished ith a sma under shelf fitted to the stringers of the legs .
A Beautiful oak topped table made from 1 sawn board cut and joined with its original waney edge preserved and shaped ..joining the boards has made an unusual but natural curve making one end wider than the other .. A large split n the boards have been stitched with Georgian hand made nails from a factory closed don n Macclesfield! ..The base is 2 cast iron legs left with their original red paint ..the legs came from an American metal shaping machine found unused in the corner of a welsh garage ! . Approx 6ft long

An Old Etchell Carpenters Box. The badly damaged original door has been removed leaving the three original drawers on view with an open base.
